  • @EA_Aljo I don't believe so. Have gigaspeed internet and no issue playing any other games online. INCLUDING EA games, I play fifa a lot too with no issues.

    Thanks for getting back to me. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

    @mross1989 

    Thanks for getting back to me. Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
    3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data
    4. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

    Thanks for trying that. Next, clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    1. Go to your Xbox Settings
    2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    I've tried all those steps as well and nothing works. I have AT&T Gigafiber, wired to the Xbox Series X and every night at peak hours I can't connect to WOC on NHL24. Me andd 5 others play Clubs, and the funny thing is that 4 of us have AT&T Gigafiber can't connect but the other 2 that don't have AT&T have never had an issue connecting to WOC, they connect instantly. I try other games like BF 2042, COD MW3, Chivalry 2, Hell Let Loose and connect instantly without any issues.

    There currently is an issue with AT&T customers that we are investigating.

    We are also investigating the long load times for WoC. An update will be posted when we have some news. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else to try.

    I wanted to mention that since last weeked I haven't had any issues at all accessing WOC; its been smooth sailing. So shout out to whoever did something to fix this, a big THANK YOU!
