Community ManagerNot everyone thinks it's pointless to play. There are those that still like to play regardless of having an active season. As mentioned though, our sports titles don't support live services for the previous year's game as they shift focus to the current one. This is done so we can support the very high majority of the playbase that moves to the new game.
As far as the audit goes, again, there is a lot more than just math happening when verifying results.
You already force us to pay a hundred bucks yearly for an update, so why not at least give us the full 12 months of playing? Why not start the new season as you do the calculations for the old season? No need to stop us from playing hockey with rank just so you can do some basic math.
And keep your title running for 12 months. We pay with our hard earned money for this game so I would expect to get a full playing experience for a year.
