Stop booting idle players from club games

If these players aren't going to actually play, they'll be booted. That is intended.
@EA_Aljo I think the problem isn't with players who just aren't playing, it's players who maybe had to answer the front door or something real quick who are getting kicked just before they could get back.
I think an easy fix would just be to extend the time needed to be idle before being kicked just a bit.

Yeah extending the timer would help a lot. It's a little unforgiving right now
