So I just had the pleasure of playing one of these lucky people that got all 12 packs from EAs blunder. I have to say it was such a “fun” game to get matched into especially into a hut champs game.
I really hope you don’t just ghost all of us players and actually make this right. Cause this has messed over a lot of players of this game.
I also hope that you actually give us a response and not just “we are looking into it” you all need to make this right and actually take some action for once.

OK, but beside telling us that a small number of people received these 12 cards, anything gonna be done for all of us who received 1 card, been 2 days, packs, PUC, cards ?
At the end of the day this is just a game, but please relay the fact that this hiccup translates to roughly $456 of free PUC for those that did benefit.
This entire mode is hinged on addiction and engagement for EA’s benefit. There are even more money only packs in the store this year and if micro transactions are so important to the game this mistake is a glaring issue that shows as long as EA makes money they don’t care how much time or money individuals invest in the game that year.

- @EA_Aljo Do you have any news on this? I really really hope you're going to do something about it, because it was such a big mistake. I understand that the number of people who benefited from it was incredibly small, and I'm not saying that everybody should get 12 93 overall MSPs instead of one MSP for completing the objectives, but I would appreciate some kind of compensation. And even if you're not going to do anything about it, I would appreciate some kind of communication on it instead of silence. As the original poster said, this kind of a mistake should be addressed and not just swept under the rug.
- @EA_Aljo Is there still no new information on this? Has it still not been decided if something is going to be done about it or not, or has it been decided but not communicated to the player base? Even if the decision is/was to do nothing about it, I really hope you will at least let us know about it instead of keeping us in the dark. I don't have high hopes for a compensation at this point, but I'm still hoping for some kind of communication.
