Syncing Bug/ Condensed Presentation Theory

After still being on NHL22, I am 99% certain full presentation is gone because of the syncing bug from NHL22 (1% no cause EA has never actually confirmed it)

It only still happens sometimes after replays, my guess is they were not able to remove it fully and instead cut presentation short to get rid of it, the new intros/ cutscenes added to 23 most likely caused more issues. It's a major bug/ flaw that ruined 22 in many ways, best to rid of it temporarily and fix it at some point later rather than let it ruin these games even more. I think these games do need to move fully to next gen to get presentation back.

If this is actually true I think it'd be better to admit it, rather than worrying everyone and making us think this is the game transitioning towards online/ arcade style play. Not assuming anything towards EA, just wondering if everyone here agrees with this theory because the decision to remove full presentation since 23 has been a BIG question.
