Team Advanced without you

Everytime I try to play EASHL I can’t get into a game because it says Team Advanced without you! I unplugged my router, hard restarted my system still no luck. I’m on a Ps5.

Can you get me a video of what's happening?

Also, you could try removing everything that was customized. Possibly there's a piece of gear, a celebration, etc. that could be causing this.

Are you all playing on PS5 or is your club a mixed with Xbox players?

Tried switching gear as well

i also tried playing threes eliminator with the same result 

all it says is “Team Advanced with out you”

    Take a look at the network settings on your console. What does it say for the NAT?

        @CanadianGoosU812 

        As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if that works. Again, this is only a test.
