Everytime I try to play EASHL I can’t get into a game because it says Team Advanced without you!I unplugged my router, hard restarted my system still no luck. I’m on a Ps5.

Hi there, @CanadianGoosU812 Do you have any special characters in your player name? If so, remove them. Also, if you're wearing the C or A, remove that as well. Let me know what happens.

Thanks for trying, @CanadianGoosU812. Next, Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.

@CanadianGoosU812 Can you get me a video of what's happening? Also, you could try removing everything that was customized. Possibly there's a piece of gear, a celebration, etc. that could be causing this. Are you all playing on PS5 or is your club a mixed with Xbox players?

I’m having this same problem where I’ll find teammates fast but my friend will advance foward and I won’t. I try deleting save data and the other steps as well and nothing worked

I don't really have much else to suggest. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
