@20Portugal04I don't see the total control scheme going away as it is meant to be something for anyone to pick up and play. It's making the moves attached to the 1 button presses that need tuned for it.

Anyone can pick skill stick and play too. Adding one or two dekes such as between the legs and toe drag on one touch, fine! But you guys are missing the point completly with the michigan. Hip check too.
- @Tigidooh Yeah but dumbing things down is always a way to make the game more pick up and play to the average person (non hockey folk). I mean we got people who want 94 controls still and to me that says they want to be able to do things simple with as little learning as possible. (yes some people want the 94 controls due to a disability and I understand that)
To me that is why the goalie tether system was created. In theory they thought it would help the average person who doesn't play goalie have an easier time playing the position.
In my mind they only see the things are selling points for showcase highlights that wouldn't be spammed, but we all know in the online competitive scene that if something works with great success and ease it will be used more than intended.
I mean they took some gambles with NHL 24 and I hope they learned from the community a bit more on what is really wanted. I still want to see them take chances in the future of the game but maybe in a more mild way instead of an extreme.@KlariskraysNHL
Well said and 100% agree with you. I'm fine with dumbing things down a bit and making the game more accessible but in a reasonable way.

That! exactly what I'm saying too. I don't think anyone would be talking crap about total control if it was more moderate.
