Unstable and very glitchy in game match up screen

1. The logos and jerseys being shown for the matched up teams are not accurate. The issue is that if you trust the jerseys being shown and switch to another color before the game starts you find that both teams have on white jerseys. This should not be a big deal to fix. 
2. The avatars for the players. I have experienced on multiple occasions where my avatar has been changed to a random one that I do not own and that mine if now attached to a teammate.
3. The XP token points system that gives you double experience when you press R3 to activate it, will give an error and possibly kill the lobby. 
4. If you own or belong to a club other than the club you are playing in, your player will be wearing half of your club gear and half of the other club. I had the jersey of the team I was playing for at the time while wearing the socks from my club team.
5. When in club 6s, our team jerseys took on the font colors from the other team. 

I am trying to be constructive and not so critical but this game really looks like it was not tested at all. These things are so obvious when you play the game, its almost impossible to miss.
