It is the same as Week1 and 2
Only TotS Masters have sets for 40 coll.
All other TotS are only buildable if they have an Xfactor, Msp or FH Card
@Phasto Why you saying it's the same as week 1 and 2, in week 3 none got a set for 40 collectibles, not even the main community team, so I guess they're no MSP in week 3.

That's why J.Hughes got a TotS Msp, or Heiskanen TotY ... because Masters are chosen months in advance
With this too long explanation I just want to say, it was known since TotS Week1 that there are no 40 coll. Sets for the Community TotS ... unless EA changes its mind
