Where is the option to mute voice chat for everyone?

I always just create a solo party chat and turn whatever settings on to hear game audio only. Certain mics like the Sony Golds have this feature as well.

There should be a setting in the main screen audio menu - if not I think you'll need to individually mute people during an intermission
