Why most of the time my fatest players feel slower then there slowest skaters

I have fiber internet 3g/s, the problem is not me that's for sure. connection wise.

Since I've been playing with the PS3, we have the same problem in 2023 on PS5. The problem is sometime specially the day time until 9 pr 10pm at night. The game is slow and often my players are slower than there slowest skater. Like I take Makar and I can't outskate there player like a slow defenseman like Samuelson.

What causing this, I think its either the connection between the 2 players or the other guys is cheating by tampering with there internet connection which can be easily done with a program to catch the adversary IP address and then upload fasle information so that the other player have a hard time to play like skating in mud.

We pay to play online, for the game, the console and we can't even get fairplay.I'm sick of your excuses. Fix it or check for the cheaters. it's like paying for a service that we don't get cause its always the one with the worse connection that gets the avantage. And this problem was there before the ice tilt, it as to be cheaters or servers problem.Even the other day, the player had or we add a ping of 18 and the game was lagging. He as to do something with the linkage between the 2 or simply the other dude is cheating and its always the same players

I would really appreciate to have a explanation for this situation and to see if the tech can fix this problem or not, like players that always turn in circle to go to the same spot to score, glitching, or the dam cross grease that can be dull to defend when they only the samething over and over. People don't have respect, they only try the easiest goals every time.
