Workaround for Franchise mode Coaching Budget Limit

I found a way to overcome the low limit budget set by the CPU in Franchise mode where even where you have money you can't spend it any good coaches. Right now I'm in year 7 and my limit has actually gone down from 5.4 to a 5.2 million cap, which basically means I can't afford a good coach even after 7 years. Not being able to change strategies puts the weight of your team (Cpu vs Cpu for me) on how good your coach is. Any decent coach is 4-6.5 million and you simply can't go far in the playoffs.

So what you do is after your last playoff game when the playoff end, fire all your coaches as soon as possible and don't hire any. If you wait you'll have to hire new ones immediately after firing. Give the CPU control over your finances. Do your drafts, FAs etc and let the game cruise to next season with no coaches in either league. When the next season begins the CPU will have increased all your budget limits, and in my case it went from 5.2 mil to 8.6 cap, and the CPU had hired the 6.2 mil coach on it's own I could never have afforded. Once that happens, take all control of your team back. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
