World of Chel Server Connection Issue

Situation:
I have been dealing with a very strange issue for months now. On most nights when I try to play NHL 23 or 24, I am unable to maintain a stable connection with EA servers. It's very strange, like the loading screen for World of Chel will take forever (sometimes like 12 minutes to get from main menu, into the world of chel). Then trying to load into the dressing room will also take a few minutes. From there, the gameplay tends to be fine, but right after every game I play (win or loss), I am booted to the main menu of the game. Sometimes, I can't even get into World of Chel.

Troubleshooting I have already tried:
Resetting Game
Resetting XBOX (Series X)
Resetting Router
Verifying NAT type is Open (including using port forwarding)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game(s)
Unlinking, then relinking my EA account to my gamertag/system
Going through the chat support, which ended with that individual telling me to post here
Deleting all other profiles from my Xbox outside of my gamertag.

Additional Info
This seemed to all begin when I came home from vacation. I had a friend who housesat and used my xbox, but with his profile. He DOES NOT play NHL, but did play fifa on his gamertag, while using my system. He removed his account from my xbox before leaving my house. I still somehow feel like this is what caused the ongoing issue though. Like my NHL games can't decide which EA account I'm using, even if it says the correct one in the upper right hand corner.

IF someone can fix this for me, or offer a solution, I will forever be in your debt, I used to play NHL like 3/4 nights a week with my buddies back home, it's now been ruined.

@EA_Aljo I don't believe so. Have gigaspeed internet and no issue playing any other games online. INCLUDING EA games, I play fifa a lot too with no issues.

Thanks for getting back to me. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

Thanks for getting back to me. Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile

Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it

Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data

Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Thanks for trying that. Next, clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings

Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"

Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I've tried all those steps as well and nothing works. I have AT&T Gigafiber, wired to the Xbox Series X and every night at peak hours I can't connect to WOC on NHL24. Me andd 5 others play Clubs, and the funny thing is that 4 of us have AT&T Gigafiber can't connect but the other 2 that don't have AT&T have never had an issue connecting to WOC, they connect instantly. I try other games like BF 2042, COD MW3, Chivalry 2, Hell Let Loose and connect instantly without any issues.
