Why do I lose 500 RP when my teammates leave like fix this EA! Change it so you lose nothing if players leave for crying out loud!

Even joining an established EASHL team willing to accept new members is 10000xxx more fun than random drop-ins.
Playing with randoms is yucky. My friends chipped in to buy another buddy a PS4 to play NHL before, I suggest you
find some dirt and blackma-kindly puppy-dog-eye get them to do the same
