Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get into a 4 on 4 situation in Franchise mode
What happens when the bug occurs? 4 on 4 time is sped up and doesn't matter what you set the time rate to making it useless in game.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game time experience to be similar when I have the settings for PP and 4 on 4 time rate set the same.

4 on 4 time is sped up. In Franchise Mode I have the settings for PP and 4 on 4 set to the same 5/6 time rate. While the PP clock runs close to real time (1 sec game time to 1 sec IRL) the 4 on 4 clock runs closer to 10 seconds of game time to 1 sec IRL. I've tried moving the 4 on 4 time rate around but nothing helps.
