NHL 24 Be a Pro storylines won’t trigger

Start a Be a Pro campaign and play until a few games after you complete “a journey begins” when you get your first X factor ability. What happens when the bug occurs? After completing “A journey Begins” part 1. A journey begins part 2 will not trigger nor will any other storyline preventing you from unlocking more abilities. What do you expect to see? A conversation with the coach or teammate that will start a new storyline and give me a challenge to complete in order to unlock a new X factor ability. Was the issue in online or offline mode? English Now I’m not sure if I’m just being impatient but I’m just about at the playoffs in my first season on Be a Pro and ever since I completed a journey begins part 1 and got my first ability (stick em up), part 2 has not occurred nor has any other storyline for me to get more abilities. I understand some of them are unlocked after the first season but my main concern is journey begins part 2 not popping up. If this is not a bug and I just need to progress through the game more please let me know if I’m trippin or not.
Sightseeing during a home stand in Be A Pro

While simulating to the next game, the game prompts me to have a conversation with my teammate, Seth Jones. For context, I had just finished playing a home game (in Chicago) against the St Louis Blues on December 24th, 2025 and the next scheduled game is on December 26th, 2025, also a home game in Chicago, against the Dallas Stars. Seth and my player meet in the tunnel at the arena and Seth tells my player that the team is going to a park while they are in St Louis for an activity on their day off. This doesn't make sense logistically since the team is in Chicago for a home stand, they wouldn't road trip to St Louis. This day off also happens to fall on Christmas day, so I find it hard to believe that any hockey team would be getting together instead of spending Christmas with their families, but you never know, I guess. This has also happened on another occasion where Seth suggested to my player to go see a Pitsburg Pirates baseball game while in Pittsburgh on their day off, however the team was again in Chicago on a homestead and if I remember correctly it was February so the only baseball games that might happen at that time of year is spring training in Florida and Arizona. Reassign Scout stuck
When reassigning scouts in franchise mode, I a scout has already been instructed to relocate if you want to send him somewhere else instead the game gets stuck on the screen. You can select where you want them to go a select continue or cancel but you are then stuck on the map screen and have to close the game completely in order to continue. This loosing anything you've done to that point
NHL Be a Pro Playoffs Stats Glitch
There a glitch in the playoffs where certain players have their regular season stats carry over to their playoffs stats. For example, it says that Connor Bedard has 38 goals in the playoffs, and 122 hits. In reality, he has 3 playoff goals and only 30 hits. And my teammate, Kevin Korchinski, it says that he has 20 points, when he actually has only 2 playoff points.
CANT GET ANY POINTS OR CHALENGE IN ERH MODE

The bug is found in ERH mode What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot get any points or challenges a the end of the games. What do you expect to see? English At the end of each game i don't get any points or challenges done. I communicate with the ea help chat center but we cannot fix it... We try troubleshooting the internet connection, delete the game and download it back, updated the game and the ps4 and the technician try to fix it on her side but all that with no results. I got this game as a gift two weeks ago and cannot event play because i cant get to reward so i cant go forward in the game. Pls help!
