Hi Barry,
thanks for taking care. I used the provided link, but it is just a jungle of generic help without really taking care. Everything always leads to the page I started. I checked "my cases" and clicked "start a new one", just to end up exactly where I started., reading generic stuff, like "wait 24hours" or "check the server status". These kind vicious circle is not help, it is setup so people just give up. So in a nutshell, if you have some kind of real support you can provide, I would be grateful.
