Away casual woc player can’t edit

Thanks. I'll pass this on to the team and let you know if I have any other suggestions. Did this start happening the first time you tried to customize your player or did it not start until after that initial customizing?

Also, can you tell me the last time this happened?

If I recall correctly it only let me go to my away player once when I first installed the game and ever since the 2nd time I returned to that screen it crashes every time.

The last time this happened was 5 minutes ago when I tried once more. It happens every single time when attempting to do either of those 2 things so I have been unable to customize away player or buy many items from the store. 

I’ve tried several things but anything else to attempt or solve the problem would be great, kinda frustrating for game to crash like this. Thanks for the help!

We're still looking in to this. What console version of the game are you playing?

What I mean was, are you playing the PS4 or PS5 version of the game. It sounds like it's the PS5 version.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.
