Away casual woc player can’t edit

Every time I go to my away casual customization or attempt to buy an away gear item in the store my game crashes every single time. Been happening since launch for me and several of my friends who play. Please fix asap!

We've reset your vanity and loadouts. Your level and stats have not been changed though. Try making customizations to your player again, but try to avoid using the same gear and head choices for your away player because it's possible something you chose is bugged. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

This is exactly what hapless to me as well on Xbox series S. Also, every time I try to buy something in the store for my away character, the game crashes.

What I mean was, are you playing the PS4 or PS5 version of the game. It sounds like it's the PS5 version.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.

@EA_Aljo Thank you so much! This seemed to work! I just need to redo my loadouts and vanity but it let me access my away player now. I appreciate it. I will let you know if anything goes wrong
