Be a Pro Freezing

Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? iiConicWeave
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play be a pro, it will happen at one coach interaction or another.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and I am stuck on the coachs interaction
What do you expect to see? The game freezing when you reply to the coach
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) About a week and a half ago. can't expect me to remember it to the minute lol

You don't have my time zone for starters (NDT), secondly, I shouldn't be here to begin with because no other full priced game has the amount of issues, bugs and BS as NHL 24. I've tried reloading old saved files, reinstalling the game, resetting my console and updating my rosters. Nothing works and you need to fix it, I have 50-60 hours in this mode and my team is finally good - just for EA to do what they usually do. Ruin. Everything.

@EA_Aljo Same issue with this POS game! It freezes in the conversation with the coach on season 3. What the hell is wrong with this game!!!!

@EA_Aljo You don't need a video...in Be a Pro mode, the game freezes often when there's a conversation pop-up. Can we have an option to bypass this? 100$ for this and I am spending more time trying to fix a game than playing it.

Not sure what you expect to see lol and unfortunately, this website doesn't support the file I'm trying to pin, or any of the other formats I've converted it to. "Need a video" lol is this how you guys get out of actually working on the game? Give me an email where I can send you the video bot bot smh. So sick and tired of empty promises and 0 effort.

Nice 4 GB update by the way! Still the same dressing room bugs in world of chel, still freezing in be a pro, offline modes still have to sync for some horrendous reason and cosmetic bugs (having another teams jersey on, or bright green fonts on the jerseys) are all atill there! Your roster updates and making 40 different cards for the same player in HUT need to take a back seat. How is it so hard to prioritize a game that works over flashy distractions?

LOL RIGHT and it's not like coach conversations make the game more immersive. I'm pretty sure my coach has schizophrenia because he's always talking about getting one to get back in it or upping the pressure after the GAME HAS ALREADY ENDED AND WE'RE WALKING DOWN THE TUNNEL. GAMES A JOKEEEEEE
