Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go around hitting people close to the boards
What happens when the bug occurs? When hitting someone head on or shoulder to shoulder, it seems like 50% of the time you get called for boarding if the opposing player hits the boards in any manner after you hit them. It has nothing to do with hitting from behind or the numbers, etc. Just hit a player and have them hit the boards and its 50/50 on whether they call boarding
What do you expect to see? I expect to see boarding penalties called correctly

This happens both online and offline. Appears to be an issue with the parameters of the penalty.
