    We're currently investigating this. For now, you should be able to go to xbox.com and make the purchase using a web browser.

I keep getting a store error when trying to purchase points.  I did the full system reboot, including the modem, cleared Mac settings.  I also don’t have the option to quit quick resume and the game is not a disc.  What other options do I have.  It’s getting frustrating.
