Cannot Buy cards from auction house in HUT. Game just crashes when I try

I cannot buy any cards from the auction house. Any time I attempt to buy a card off of 'Buy it now" I get kicked out of hut.   I have talked with multiple people from ea support and none of them coul...

    Hello, @Buss_Soccer 

    An advisor is going to need to fix this. What you have is the negative escrow issue. They need to look at your escrow and zero out the balance so it's no longer negative. A case can be opened here to get in touch with an advisor. Thank you.

This is brutal. I lost out on a bunch of cards. Then 2 cards I had posted disappeared and I got no coins for them. They were 185k and 225k posted. No idea what happened to them. It happened when I tried to buy a base gold card and I got an error message and it booted me out. Then I was unable to buy any more. After 20 minutes I was able to purchase again but I lost 2 superstar cards. So disheartened right now. And now it's happened again. What is up???

    You'll need to contact an advisor so they can remove the negative escrow from your account. Open a case here to get in touch with one.

      I have started a ticket. I have my number but still nothing from anyone other you reminding me to start a ticket. J still can't buy anything. All else is fine. Can win bids, sell, blah blah blah. Can't but straight up and lost 2 premier cards which I received no return on. Still playing but bitterly.

      Byes get yourself in gear. I can't buy anything. I put in a complaint and got a number but nothing from anyone. I'm missing players and I can't buy anything. Did I mention I can't buy anything!!!!!! Is there a bug or poor programming?

      Done and still slow to response. Can't get nowhere with service. No response from anyone even with a complaint #. Good thing this is my last hut and I can go on to GM mode where depending on service and help is not necessary.
