Im trying to change my player name in woc but it's greyed out and doesn't allow me to change it at all. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi there, @ImJerks

This happens when an account is actioned for an offensive name. The name is changed to Jordan NHL and cannot be edited again.

Hey there! Thanks for answering, the only problem I have though is that my in game name didnt change. It is still the banned name and I cannot change it. I would actually be fine with having Joe NHL.

You're welcome!

There's currently an issue we're looking into where your club and yourself will still see your old name, but other players see Jordan NHL. If you send me your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID, I'll pass it on to make sure your name is Jordan NHL.
