I got the issue resolved. Going through your link would not work. There is no link to chat in the help options provided.
TO ANYONE WITH THE NEGATIVE ESCROW ISSUE, CONNECT TO CHAT THROUGH ANOTHER PROBLEM: IE. I CHOSE SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT. THEN SELECT THE CHAT OPTION AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 3 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE. I EXPLAINED IT WAS THE NEGATIVE ESCROW PROBLEM AND MY ACCOUNT NEEDED TO BE RESET. THEY SAID RESTART MY GAME AND IT WAS FIXED! GOOD LUCK. I'VE HAD THIS ISSUE GOING BACK YO LAST YEAR'S GAME. EASPORTS PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH.
