My teams club jerseys have all reset to black jerseys with the Ducks logo in all black. How do I get my jerseys back?

Also, is this happening in every game? I've seen that loading into WoC again will resolve it.

  We have all posted pics of it showing the glitch, can we please get this fixed this is costing my league teams games because i cant tell which player is which!
