CHEL Cannot re-add alternate captain

I’ve also had this problem and cannot fix it. This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I pay 60 dollars for a game that has important features that don’t even work and they never fix it or even address the problem. The whole year one of the years I could not use my custom jerseys the ENTIRE year. And no one at ea does anything to fix it or give anyone any attention about their bad product. I don’t even know why I buy this game every year, it’s a waste of money as there is always a guaranteed annoying nagging bug. Not to mention countless other issues with this game. However ea will continue to ignore all of their customers because they don’t care about their product just about the money they make. I wish they’d take time to address bugs like this but they show time and time again they do not care about the issues of their game.
