Connection Issues on NHL 24

I am on my 2nd internet provider in the last month and I can confirm that you are not alone on this issue…I have no issues on every other game I play, only NHL 24.  Sucks because I’m a huge hockey fan but only enjoy online play and this hinders my experience greatly…I’ve tried hardwiring with Ethernet, different locations for my modem and PlayStation, different average pings in matchmaking, hell I’ve even switched providers and still no difference…Has to be an EA server issue.

even after switching providers is wild, i guess there isnt a reason for me to jump to a new one if its just gonna continue lol

We can go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, which console are you playing on?

Would you be able to switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Even though you were fine on wireless before, there's no guarantee it'll stay that way. Wireless is an unstable connection and very susceptible to interference.

Routers too far unfortunately, I could possibly move my Xbox to the router for a bit and see if I crash

What mode is this happening in and who is your ISP?

This is happening in all modes but specifically World of Chel. My ISP is AT&T.
