Disconnect from servers

I’ve been disconnected from EA servers during online games at least ten times during the past month and all of those games have counted as losses. It’s not a connection issue on my end because I’m wired in and I’m still online when it disconnects , what’s the issue EA and can we figure it out? I can’t make any ground in rankings when I’m taking losses that I don’t even get a chance to compete…
