Disconnected from EA Servers Midgame

We'll go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, which console are you playing on?

Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Wireless connections are far more prone to disconnecting than wired connections.

Too far away. Any other suggestions?

Have a hard time seeing how that makes sense; this is the only game that it’s an issue with and there are constant complaints about this across the board clearly stemming from EA servers. 

This will be my last time buying the game. Really unfortunate EA can’t figure it out

This is just the nature of wireless internet. It's not something we really can control. As a test, can you try moving close enough to user a wire and let me know if you see a difference? If you do this, make sure to power cycle your network equipment and console.

Went through a 2-3 week period with no disconnect issues. Thought it was resolved. Nope - happened 3 times last week and in each game I was winning (one by 5-1 in the 3rd). 

Only game I’ve ever heard of having this many disconnection issues. On top of that, giving the player a loss when they’re winning is complete garbage. It’s a damn shame - I love the game but I’m on pins & needles each game worrying about a disconnect, takes away the enjoyment. Probs won’t be buying next years game

This is happening due to being on a wireless connection. That's not the game's fault. We get some further details by having you run the Connection Quality Report. Please get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Can you run that same test?

Your online gaming requirements state a very low internet speed is required to use the server. The ping I usually get is around 38. But these problems occur regularly. It isn’t the users problem. It’s the game and it’s servers problem. Fibre internet connection should be more than enough to stream a game. It is on free downloadable games that stream online. FC24 costs a lot of money to play and it’s still the users problem when there a numerous server errors?
