Community ManagerI'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
@EA_Aljo I think we misunderstood each other. This is happening to 12 people, at the same time, (or 11, 10, 9, basically 12 minus who quits just before the loading screen for the actual game.)
This is not a modem / router issue, this is a syncing issue that is server-side. I'm trying to help you guys out. Hopefully I'm not coming across as aggressive / vindictive.

Community ManagerIt's most likely one person that is causing everyone to disconnect. It could also be one of the customization options with your arena/gear. Does this happen in drop-ins or any other mode? We get very few reports of this so we need to find out why it keeps happening to your club.
