@EA_Aljo I think we misunderstood each other. This is happening to 12 people, at the same time, (or 11, 10, 9, basically 12 minus who quits just before the loading screen for the actual game.)
This is not a modem / router issue, this is a syncing issue that is server-side. I'm trying to help you guys out. Hopefully I'm not coming across as aggressive / vindictive.

Community ManagerIt's most likely one person that is causing everyone to disconnect. It could also be one of the customization options with your arena/gear. Does this happen in drop-ins or any other mode? We get very few reports of this so we need to find out why it keeps happening to your club.
It happens in drop-ins mostly because that's where people dodge the most. As soon as someone dodges right before the game launches the game is gonna go into a faceoff loop. We are all elites and at the top of the ladder so a lot of people dodge us. It can also happen in clubs, but it's pretty rare since clubs tend to be 6 people that play often together. And by the way, it happens to our team, but it also happens to the other team. It is clearly visible with them standing in random spots on the ice, some being offside for minutes on end. You are not getting many reports of this because I assume less people dodge when the ranks are even on both sides.
