EASHL: Both Teams Wearing Full Black Uniforms / Uniforms Not Loading Properly

I made a club when the game was released, fully customizing everything such as jerseys and logos. Then one day all of a sudden our jerseys were the stock black nhl all star jerseys. I went back in, customized everything again just for the jerseys to still be the stock jerseys. I tried disbanding that club and creating a new one just for the issue to happen once again. How can this be fixed?
