EASHL crashes

When playing on a new gen console on the Xbox one version of NHL 24, the game crashes about 10% of the time as soon as it tries to load into an EASHL game.  This is not a connection issue, it is an ...

Hi there, @Bfindlay22 

What is happening when the crash occurs? Are you getting a disconnect message or is your game closing and returning you to your console's dashboard?

    It takes you straight to the console dashboard.

      Thanks for letting me know. Possibly, this is an IPv issue. Go to the network settings on your Xbox. Can you tell me what it says for IPv? If it's set to both IPv6 and IPv4, it would be good to disable IPv6.

        It does say it is using both, but it isn’t even possible to change this in the Xbox. It’s also not possible to change it on my Xfinity router.
