Franchise - stuck on change region screen

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to change a Scout's region in franchise mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't change the region of all of my scouts. Every few scouts when you change the region and get to the confirm/cancel popup, i click confirm and nothing happens. You can cycle between the leagues in that region and get to the popup message again, but you have no way of assigning the scout or backing out. All you can do is dashboard and close the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to click confirm on a region change and have the screen switch back to the assign scouts screen.

It's really annoying and you lose your progress unless you have auto save on.
