Freeze Bug

Product: NHL 24
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Xanguini
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I can send clips and videos of what happens to my game when it does it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It freezes over half of my games as soon as I load in and then kicks me out.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see changes this is unbelievable
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey Ultimate Team, EASHL, etc...
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Everytime I play the game
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.
What is your game language? English

I am not able to play half of my HUT games because as soon as I load into a game it freezes and kicks me out. I have been dealing with this for months now and its really annoying. I have tried everything (resetting, rebuilding database, clearing cashe, etc...) and still nothing. I honestly believe there is nothing anyone can do to help but it sucks that I spent a lot of money on this game and I can't even barely play it.

    @Xangu1n1 

    As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This would let us know if it's related to your connection or not. Again, this is just a test and not a permanent solution if it works.

    Hi yeah so it works when I am connected to my router wirelessly, but I have wifi extenders called Deco's and I am wired from that to my ps5 which is causing the game for some reason to crash all the time. I ordered replacements for them so If that doesn't work then my game is officially unplayable and ill be a sad dude.

    Can you use a wired connection instead? If that's not possible, another option would be to use a powerline or MoCA adaptor. I personally use powerline adaptors and have had no issues with them. MoCA is a more expensive, but better option.

    That’s the thing, I am normally wired but the extender I’m wired to I think is broke or something because that’s why I’m getting kicked out. I tried wireless and though I lag I don’t get kicked out nearly as much.

    It sounds like it has to do with the extender, as you mentioned. In the meantime, if you have to stay on wireless, make sure you're using a 5G connection. It also may help to put your console on it's own wireless channel. That can be done in the router admin settings.

    Ok I’ll see if that helps I’ll update once the extender gets a replacement. If not I’ll try the MoCa adapter or something because this is so annoying lol. I’ve taken over like 200L’s from getting kicked out.
