It's hard to get a video of because it just looks like I'm playing bad but it feels like delayed response from the controller but my menu's in HUT seem slow after it started doing this and my auction house will freeze alot now forcing me to close the game but I can still see my timer running for the daily free packs while my auction house freezes
I also just went and got a new controller today to try and see if maybe that was the problem but it is still doing it. It seems to stop if I shut the console off and then after playing 30 minutes or so it will usually act up again. If I get an xbox series s will I be able to use my same account and download the Xbox one version of the game so I don't lose my collection and coins?

This sounds like it could be a connection issue. Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
