Community ManagerI've personally never heard of this happening. That doesn't mean it's not happening though. Regardless, that sounds like a hardware issue you should contact Microsoft support for help with.
And now I'm 300 points from ultimate in rivals and had 2 games in a row where I played and had 5 goals and my opponent quit and it gives me 0 * points. Their is definitely something wrong with your game as well. I have the video of my connection and them quitting recorded
