Game going glitchy

We are not purposely introducing bugs so people will spend more on TOTY. This would actually do the opposite. Getting no points sounds again like a connection issue. Did you contact MS support to see if they can help with your console forcing a wireless connection?

It is not my connection or my device causing this. This is a problem on your end and there are multiple videos online of the exact same thing where people have absolutely no control over their player. I can try to hit somebody and my player literally jumps 6 feet in the other * direction. Or in squad battles the game just decides when your winning 8 or 9 to 0 to make a team of silver players come back and make it a 3 or 4 goal game. You literally can't outskate anyone with way higher skating abilities it just makes you look like your stuck in * sand

And why would I receive coins and get missions done but not my squad battles points at the end of a squad battles game? Seems kind of strange to keep the important part

This is great help lmao. Just go full days with no reply after you have got what you wanted. This exact thing is happening to so many people now with just nhl 24 and no other games

Again, did you get the issue fixed with being stuck on a wireless connection? Chances are good that's what is causing this. Especially since there are very few other reports of this.

I got it hooked up to a wired connection but it never made any improvement and now the game just constantly crashes when playing squad battles or anything on nhl 24. I literally had 5 games left out of my 39 and it just started crashing and caused me to lose out on maximum points for the first time this year (and I better get compensated for it as it was going to be top 10). And now it proceeds to tell me the servers are down after all this. I pay money to buy this game and to get cards from your store this is completely unacceptable to be treated like this. Every other game I play online works fine it is just this one and it is so * frustrating because this is the one I enjoy but you guys don't help or make up for your mistakes. Like I said last week it's just another way of scamming people into spending more money. Instead of getting the coins and good packs so I might be able to get a TOTY player made you * the game up so people who will spend money will.

My internet and the server being down

I want a phone number to speak to someone. This is ridiclious. A company that makes as much as EA can have a phone

It's the exact same as talking to you. I've paid to much money to not be able to speak to someone. Or is it just a bunch of computers? It sure seems that way if you can't take a phone call to try and fix your games that I have sent visual proof of crashing and I have many more videos. I want compensated now. I have spent money and then get treated like a piece of [REMOVED]

There is no one you can speak with as we don't have phone support available. 

As far as this issue goes, I believe that your game is crashing and/or disconnecting. We're not aware of any issues on our end that would cause this and are not getting an influx of reports that would indicate a problem. So far, it's looking like a hardware issue. If you want to continue troubleshooting this, let me know. Otherwise, you're welcome to open a case with an advisor as I previously mentioned.

This is absolutely nothing on my end or my fault. It started when the last patch was done to the game and I've purchased a new Xbox and have even tried it on different people's internet connections and get the exact same thing.

Can you get me a video of the issues you're facing?

It won't let me upload videos to you on here and I can't record a video on my phone while playing. I also just finished squad battles with max points except for my team of the week game which I was winning 7-0 on superstar with over 20 shots which I have a photo of if needed and your servers crashed which I also have a picture of. I would of finished in the top 10, 2nd to be exact. I want my proper rewards instead of my top 100 rewards. I spent to much time trying to get the good rewards for toty to have this happen THIS week

We aren't able to adjust the rewards. We're not aware of the servers crashing. Since you've had numerous crashes recently, it's most likely related to your connection. I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

There is the photo of the message showing your servers are down early this morning. That is not a * connection issue on my end. I tried to access it for over 20 minutes and that same message kept coming up but I was able to download a different game at the same time. That seems strange if it was my connection? Stop trying to blame everything on something on me, I have had this game since the day it released and have spent money  and never made any complaints when everything worked fine whether I won or lost. I want the rewards I should I have gotten. Do you want the picture of the game crashing while I was winning 7-0 as well when the server went down since it was the only game I didn't get to finish and was forced to take 0 points? It would have given me 4625 more points which I would of finished with 91844 for 2nd place. I have photos of it all.

Our servers are not down. Which is why I'm confident this is an issue with your network. At this point, there's nothing else I can do for you since this requires more troubleshooting. You're welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here.
