Hockey ultimate team 24 item inbox making my game crash

is it possible to add a “reset stats” in the player stats. So every player starts at 0 games and point?

Hello, everyone. We have a make good planned for this. I don't have an ETA on when it will be received though. 

This is happening to me now with my game crashing I think cause the all star collectable got sent there cause it was Tim Campbell or whatever when opened the pack and closed game it went in there but now can't use inbox please are you able to help

Yeah same exact thing as me did you have your collectable in your inbox or Tim Campbell if it turned to that like mine did

Hi,

I started experiencing this error today around 16:30 EST.

I go to my inbox and then the game crashes without error back to the XBOX Series X OS.

I suspect it might be related to the Tim Campbell card. A bronze Canucks card i got today, has a rating of one across all attributes.

I had put him in the 10 bronze player turn in pack but it's not there anymore. Suspect it was moved to my inbox as my understanding is that this is just a placeholder for a non-bronze card but I cannot confirm 100%.

I've got TOTY collectables in there that I need so getting this resolved quickly would be awesome.

I hope there will be some type compensation towards the affected players

having the same issue, seems like this TIM CAMPBELL card totally glitches out HUT, fix this ASAP please.  can't play HUT properly without having access to ITEM INBOX, i used the chat option with EA support about this for over 30minutes but no resolution with the the rep but got a case# for the issue.

Hey I just had this problem. I won a bid for a toty Linus ullmark but he's now locked in my inbox. I think this is because there's a tim campbell card in my inbox but idk. 

Any update on when this will get fixed?

I heard tuesday, it better not with the amount cash i added on the game

The issue has been resolved for me. Got the All Star Collectible, game is not crashing anymore.

yea good job whoever fixed the issue, now please remove that glitched card from your database so no other future HUT gamers will experience this BS.
