Nhl24 hut keep crashing when i try to open my item inbox please help im on xbox series x everything seem to be working find but as soon as i try to open it , it just crash i try to delete the game ive try starting a new rooster nothing seen to be working

I play on xbox series s and I have the same problem. I have maybe 45 winter classic collectibles and even power ups and players who are locked in my inbox. It's been like this for the last four days now...
When I try to open my inbox everything crashes and I get thrown back to the xbox-screen.
So sick and tired of this...
