HUT 24 - Can't buy now

Hello everyone

Every time I want to use the "buy now" function to decide an auction in the auction house, an error message comes up and I end up in the main menu. I've already opened a ticket via EA Help, but unfortunately I can't add an update for my case, because after clicking on "resume case" I end up in the main menu of EA Help every time. So that's a dead end for me at the moment. Can you help here?

    This is the negative escrow issue. It looks like you're in touch with our support team so just let the advisor know they need to set your escrow to 0. That should take care of this. Thanks!

    thank you for your reply!

    So far, only tips about connection problems and problems logging in have come into play. I have the feeling that they don't understand it at all. So far they haven't responded to my comment about negative escrow. Do you have contact with the support team? My case ID is #165797677. Thanks!

    They should understand as I have heard of many players getting this resolved through them. Please try opening another case. Thank you.

    Hey @EA_Aljo ,

    unfortunatly I can't get any further. The Support-Team from EA Help obviously didn't do, what you suggested. So right now I'm still not able to use the buy now function. Do you have any other ideas what I can do to get someone to help me? Thank you!

    @Pletscher79 

    We can't help with this. Please contact an advisor again and be very clear they need to remove the negative escrow by setting your escrow to 0.

    I’m having trouble opening a case to get support. Your previous post had a hyperlink that should have taken me to support, but I end up in a vicious cycle and get nowhere.

    @illini3192 

    You need to select EA Account from the list of titles. If you don't see it, enter that into the search box. Then you will be able to proceed with opening a case.
