From what I've seen the one button dekes need to complete the animation, have the puck come off your stick, and then the puck needs to hit the goalie for it to register for an objective. Oddly it still counts if it hits your own goalie. Also the one button dekes don't count toward objectives to perform a deke.
@blackbolt666 Does not work for me. Im thinking to be able to do the challenge you actually need the player in question even if it says « With any player »
