I Just What To Play My Game
Good evening, I have an issue that has come up tonight that is preventing me from playing my NHL24 on Xbox. I logged in earlier this evening and get a message that my password needs to be verified. I go through the steps until I get to the send a text message for a code, but I notice that the number Microsoft has is my old cell number as I had it changed recently, so they direct me to fix it though my secondary email account. There, I fill out a questionaire (once again trying to verify my identity) which wasn't sufficient enough so they have my account blocked at present, I can't seem to find a real person to contact, so I'm at present locked out of my game and email. Could someone please offer some useful info for a fix. I shouldn't have to go through all of this to play video games, thanks.
