I need Help, Loading screen stuck NHL 24

Well I am stuck on a white loading screen, I have restarted my PS5, cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled it, tried other accounts(which worked temporarily), loaded up a different game and reloaded the game which works 30% of the time, closed the app, checked sync data. Support cares more about my linked email than fixing this issue so I'm tired of trying it. PS my linked email has been deleted from society because the host domain deleted it and I have no access to create a new one.....
