i

I have a negative escrow issue on nhl 24 that prevents me from purchasing cards on the market

Nobody has helped me through my emails, could you please help me out, thank you!

    @Kiernaan 

    It looks like you have 2 different accounts. One on PS4 and one on PS5. The PS5 account has a negative escrow. Please open a case again and make sure you specify the issue is with your PS5 account. Cases can be opened here.

    you're the only person that even can understand what i am talking about this has gone on far too long, is there anyway you can fix it or have someone reach out to me? or give me a phone number, i have selected the proper queries when filing the claim and the advisors have been subpar to say the least- they don't even know what game i'm talking about , 9 different advisors, no fix.

    as soon as you updated me last time i created a new one, multiple cases have been started but sure I will try again
