Inappropriate name stuck

Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? HeroicRise
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? My name is stuck as an inappropriate name
What do you expect to see? I was suspended for an inappropriate name. I was told I would be locked from editing it. But now it's stuck as the name that got me suspended. I don't want that to happen again.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I was suspended for an inappropriate name. I understand I shouldn't have done that. 

My ability to edit my name has been locked. But it still shows the inappropriate name. I do not want to get banned again

    Hi there, @zackpeters417 

    There's an issue currently where your club and yourself will see the old name, but your opponents will not. We can check on this for you as well. Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and we'll look into this. Thanks!

    I received a ban for an inappropriate name. I get that it was inappropriate, and I served my ban.

    My name has been locked for editing, but it still shows the inappropriate name. I don't want to get another ban for playing if my name is locked like this.

    What do I do?

    Hey @zackpeters417 Thank you for letting us know. Once you have been suspended for using an inappropriate name, your name should have been changed to a generic one so that you can play online. Could you please let me know if you have already played any games online, or if you could log out and then sign back into your account to help synchronize your profile? Please keep us updated on how that goes.

    I have logged out and logged back in. I tried to play a couple games last night, but all my club members could still see the name that got me suspended, some didn't want to risk it.

    It appears the name has been locked as my inappropriate one. I really don't want to get reported and re suspended for something I can't change.

    Thank you for the prompt response. I will report this to our team, and we will investigate to ensure everything is functioning correctly in this area. I am not sure yet how long it will take, so please check your account from time to time for updates to your username.
