Community ManagerWe can't discuss the accounts of other players so even if you send me their gamertag/PSN ID, I won't be able to do anything with it. You can have them create an account here and send me a message though. Also, if their name was reset to Jordan NHL and they can't change it, that is intended.

Yes my names locked as the old inappropriate name☹️ I hope other players are seeing Jordan nhl? But it is showing me the old name both in the customization menu & in game. I really don’t want to be banned again.
