How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My chel player name is locked as a inappropriate name it says ea reset it after my suspension but they locked my ability and didn't didn't change the name
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time
What do you expect to see? My name reset to whatever so I don't get on trouble again

Check the photo my name is locked as the same inappropriate name that got me suspended.  I would like it reset to it didn't cause anymore problems please.

    The problem is there name wasn't reset to Jordan nhl the inappropriate name was just locked without resetting it

    Yes my names locked as the old inappropriate name☹️ I hope other players are seeing Jordan nhl? But it is showing me the old name both in the customization menu & in game. I really don’t want to be banned again.

    They should be seeing it as Jordan NHL. If you happen to get another ban, send me a private message with your gamertag/PSN ID and I'll look into it.
